Anti-Ku-70 Antibody

Raised in rabbit against the ~70 kDa human Ku70 protein (also known as XRCC6), this polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com recognizes the ~70 kDa subunit of the Ku70/Ku80 heterodimer, the DNA double-strand break sensor that initiates non-homologous end joining repair. Supplied as 100 µl of unconjugated reagent, it is validated for Western blot and ELISA workflows on human samples and has been used in published research on DNA-PKcs recruitment at broken DNA termini, telomere maintenance, V(D)J recombination, and the nuclear-cytoplasmic shuttling of Ku70 that occurs under heat-shock and apoptotic stimuli.
