Anti-Ku-70 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified reagent is raised in rabbit as a polyclonal antibody directed against endogenous Ku-70 protein, and is supplied as a 50 µl liquid formulation at 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide derived from human Ku-70 around the non-acetylation site of K338, and the antibody is unconjugated, making it suitable for secondary-labelling workflows. Recommended applications are Western blot (WB) and ELISA, and the antibody has been validated for cross-reactivity with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, supporting a broad range of cell and tissue-based studies of the DNA repair complex. The product is shipped at 4 °C; upon arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity, and is intended for research use only, not for diagnostic or therapeutic applications.
