Anti-Ku-70 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified reagent is a rabbit polyclonal preparation raised against a synthetic peptide derived from human Ku-70 flanking the non-acetylation site at lysine331. Supplied as a 50 µl liquid formulation at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, the antibody is unconjugated and intended for research use only. It specifically detects endogenous levels of the Ku-70 protein in samples of human, mouse and rat origin, and has been validated for Western blotting (WB) and ELISA applications. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by epitope-specific affinity chromatography, ensuring high specificity for its target. For optimal preservation of activity, the product should be stored at –20 °C, where it remains stable for up to one year.
