Anti-Ku-70 (Acetyl-Lys542) Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against Ku-70 and specifically recognises the protein only when acetylated at lysine 542. The immunogen is a synthesised peptide derived from human Ku-70 surrounding the K542 acetylation site.

Validated for Western blot and ELISA, the unconjugated reagent reacts with human samples and is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen. It is supplied as a liquid in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide at a concentration of 1 mg/mL, and is shipped at 4°C for storage at -20°C upon receipt, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
