Anti-KT3-Tag Antibody

A mouse monoclonal antibody supplied by Antibodies.com targets the KT3-Tag epitope and is validated for Western blot applications. The reagent is raised in mouse, is of the IgG1 isotype, and is provided unconjugated, with reactivity reported as species-independent.

According to the manufacturer, the antibody was generated against a synthetic peptide (KPPTPPPEPET) coupled to KLH and recognises KT3-tagged proteins bearing the tag at the C-terminus, internally, or at the N-terminus. It is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. Recommended Western blot dilutions are 1:3000 to 1:10000. The product is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C upon receipt, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
