Anti-Ksr2 (I694) Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against Ksr2 and is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications. The unconjugated reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2, and has been shown to react with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 662–724 of Human Ksr2, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of Ksr2 protein. Purity is reported as greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE following affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 108 kDa.
