Raised in rabbit and affinity-purified by epitope-specific chromatography, this polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is designed to detect endogenous levels of total KSR2 (Kinase suppressor of Ras 2), also known as hKSR2. The unconjugated antibody is supplied as 50 µl of a 1.0 mg/mL stock formulated in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, with rabbit IgG as the immunoglobulin fraction. It was generated against a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human KSR2 and performs reliably in Western blotting (recommended dilution 1:500–1:3000) and immunofluorescence (recommended dilution 1:100–1:500), with validated reactivity on human and mouse samples. Each lot is shipped cold at 4 °C and should be aliquoted upon arrival for long-term storage at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity. Intended for research use only, this reagent offers a practical choice for laboratories investigating Ras-MAPK pathway modulators where KSR2 scaffolding function is of interest.
