A rabbit polyclonal IgG reagent from Antibodies.com raised against Kinase Suppressor of Ras 1 (KSR1) phosphorylated at serine 392, supplied as 200 µl of unconjugated antisera. This phospho-specific antibody recognizes the activated form of KSR1, a scaffold protein that coordinates Ras/Raf/MEK/ERK signaling, and detects the human, mouse, and rat target in western blot workflows.

S392 phosphorylation has been mapped as a CK2-dependent regulatory mark that promotes KSR1 plasma-membrane recruitment and sustained MAPK pathway output, making this reagent useful for studying pathway activation kinetics, scaffold regulation by CK2 and PP2A, and cross-talk between KSR1 and Raf isoforms in cell signaling research. The polyclonal format offers epitope redundancy around the phospho-S392 site, and the unconjugated IgG preparation supports flexible secondary antibody pairing, fluorescent or chemiluminescent detection chemistries, and standard western blot buffer conditions including BSA or milk-based blockers.
