Anti-KSR (R386) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against KSR, offered by Antibodies.com. The reagent was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 350–402 of human KSR, and the manufacturer's specification states that the KSR (R386) pAb detects endogenous levels of KSR protein.

The antibody is unconjugated and supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. It is validated for WB, IHC and IF, and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The expected molecular weight is ~115 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of >95% (by SDS-PAGE).
