Anti-KRT9 Antibody

This polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and recognises Cytokeratin 9 (KRT9). It is of the IgG isotype and supplied unconjugated.

Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), the reagent reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 150–450 of human Cytokeratin 9 (KRT9) (NP_000217.2), and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 62 kDa.

Supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, the antibody has been affinity purified. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:1,000–1:5,000 and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:200. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
