Anti-KRT5 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody targeting Cytokeratin 5 (KRT5), available from Antibodies.com. The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 1–100 of human Cytokeratin 5 (KRT5) (NP_000415.2) and has been validated for Western Blotting, Immunohistochemistry, Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence, and Immunoprecipitation in Human and Mouse samples. It is supplied unconjugated.

Purified by affinity chromatography and provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, with a reported target molecular weight of 62 kDa and a lot-specific concentration. Recommended working dilutions are WB 1:500–1:1,000, IHC 1:50–1:200, ICC/IF 1:50–1:200, and IP 1:2,000–1:6,000. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
