Description
From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against KRT4 and supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 15 mM sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2. The reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) use and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
Immunisation used a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human KRT4, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of KRT4 protein. The target has a reported molecular weight of approximately 57 kDa. Following affinity-purification from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, purity is greater than 95% as judged by SDS-PAGE.
