Anti-KRT3 Antibody

A primary antibody reagent from Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets Cytokeratin 3/CK-3 (KRT3). The unconjugated IgG antibody is raised in rabbit and has been validated for Western blot and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence applications, with reactivity confirmed against human and mouse samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 230–390 of human KRT3 (NP_476429.2). The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity purification. The target molecular weight is 65 kDa, and the concentration is lot specific. Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF.

For storage, the product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
