Anti-KRT20 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against cytokeratin 20 (KRT20) and is supplied as a 50 µL aliquot at a working concentration of 1.0 mg/mL. The antibody is unconjugated and is provided in a phosphate-buffered saline formulation (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM sodium chloride, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, with no magnesium or calcium ions present. It is intended for the detection of endogenous total KRT20 protein in samples originating from human, mouse and rat, and the immunogen used for affinity purification is a recombinant human KRT20 protein. Validated applications include Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). The host species is rabbit and the clonality is polyclonal, giving a polyclonal population of immunoglobulins suitable for broad epitope coverage of the KRT20 target. Shipments are dispatched on cold packs at 4 °C, and upon receipt the reagent should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C; repeated freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided to preserve antibody integrity.
