Anti-KRT2 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets Cytokeratin 2e (KRT2) and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications in Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The unconjugated IgG reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-220 of human Cytokeratin 2e (KRT2) (NP_000414.2), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 65 kDa.

Recommended use is WB at a dilution of 1:500-1:2,000. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Concentration is reported as lot-specific.
