Anti-KRT19 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting Cytokeratin 19 (KRT19), available from Antibodies.com. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 241-400 of human Cytokeratin 19 (NP_002267.2). Supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide, the antibody has been affinity purified. Recommended working dilutions are WB: 1:100-1:500, IHC: 1:50-1:200 and ICC/IF: 1:50-1:200. The reported molecular weight is 40 kDa. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, aliquot and store at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
