Anti-KRT17 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets KRT17, also known as Cytokeratin 17, and is supplied as an unconjugated IgG. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications in human samples, and was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing amino acids 133–432 of human Cytokeratin 17.

The antibody is provided in liquid form in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with the target protein reported at a molecular weight of 48 kDa. Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:20–1:100 for ICC/IF. The reagent has been affinity purified and is supported by three scientific validation images.

For storage, the product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C upon delivery, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
