Anti-KRT16 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting Cytokeratin 16 (KRT16), supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The unconjugated IgG antibody is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and is reported to react with human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 190–430 of human Cytokeratin 16 (NP_005548.2), and the antibody is affinity purified. It is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with a target molecular weight of 47 kDa. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:2,000, IHC: 1:50–1:200, and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:200. Concentration is reported as lot specific.

Storage instructions call for shipment at 4°C, with aliquoting and long-term storage at -20°C upon delivery and avoidance of repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The product is intended for research use only and is not for diagnostic or therapeutic use.
