This Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets Cytokeratin 13 (KRT13) and is validated for Western Blot (WB) applications. The unconjugated IgG reagent reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 269-458 of human Cytokeratin 13 (NP_705694.2). The antibody has a molecular weight of 50 kDa and is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide, following affinity purification. For Western Blot, a recommended dilution range of 1:500-1:2,000 is provided.
The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
