Anti-KRT12 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets Keratin 12 (KRT12). It is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, raised in a Rabbit host, and is validated for Western Blot (WB) application with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 295–494 of human Cytokeratin 12 (KRT12) (NP_000214.1). The antibody has been affinity purified and is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal. The reported molecular weight of the target is 53 kDa.

Recommended dilutions from the manufacturer are WB: 1:500–1:1,000, IHC: 1:20–1:50, and Flow Cytometry: 1:20–1:50. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
