Anti-KRT10 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting Cytokeratin 10 (KRT10), supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated liquid reagent for Western Blot (WB) applications. The antibody is of the IgG isotype and is raised in rabbit.

It was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 300–400 of human KRT10 (NP_000412.4). The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 60 kDa. The antibody is affinity-purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, at a lot-specific concentration. A recommended WB dilution range of 1:500–1:1,000 is provided, alongside one scientific validation image. The reagent is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C upon delivery, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.

Reactivity with human samples is confirmed by the manufacturer. The product is also listed as reactive with mouse and rat.
