Anti-KREMEN1 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against KREMEN1, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated liquid reagent intended for Western blot applications. The antibody is of the IgG isotype, produced in rabbit, and has been validated for reactivity with human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen was a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 180–380 of human KREMEN1 (NP_001034659.2), and the target is reported at a molecular weight of 70 kDa. The reagent is affinity-purified and provided in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Recommended Western blot usage is 1:500–1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.

A Western blot validation image accompanies the product, performed on extracts of various cell lines using the antibody at 1:1,000 dilution, with a Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) secondary antibody at 1:10,000, 25 µg lysate per lane, 3% non-fat dry milk in TBST as blocking buffer, ECL Basic Kit detection and a 90 second exposure time.
