Anti-KPNB1 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against KPNB1 and is unconjugated. It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and has been affinity purified. The reported target molecular weight is 102 kDa.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues 250–350 of human KPNB1 (NP_002256.2). The antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and has been validated for WB, IHC and ICC/IF.

Recommended starting dilutions are 1:1,000–1:5,000 for WB, 1:50–1:100 for IHC and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
