Description
Antibodies.com offers this rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting KPNA6, raised against recombinant full-length human KPNA6. The unconjugated IgG reagent is supplied at 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol, and it is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) on human and mouse samples.
Affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, the antibody detects endogenous levels of KPNA6 protein and shows greater than 95% purity by SDS-PAGE. The target has a molecular weight of approximately 60 kDa.
