Anti-KPNA5 Antibody

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–240 of human KPNA5 (NP_002260.2), and the target has a stated molecular weight of 60 kDa. The antibody is provided as a liquid at a lot-specific concentration, purified by affinity chromatography, and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.

For Western blotting, a recommended dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000 is suggested. The product is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
