Anti-KPNA4 Antibody

This primary antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against KPNA4 and supplied as an unconjugated IgG. It has been validated for Western blot, Immunohistochemistry, and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence applications and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-240 of human KPNA4 (NP_002259.1). The target has a molecular weight of 58 kDa. The antibody is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.

Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:2,000, IHC: 1:50-1:200, and ICC/IF: 1:50-1:200.
