Anti-KPNA2 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets KPNA2 and is supplied as a liquid reagent for laboratory research use. It is of the IgG isotype, unconjugated, and has reactivity against human and mouse samples.

The reagent was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-290 of human KPNA2 (NP_002257.1). The antibody has a molecular weight of 55 kDa and is provided at a lot-specific concentration in phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It has been affinity purified and is shipped at 4°C; aliquots should be stored at -20°C with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.

Recommended starting dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:2,000 and IP: 1:50-1:100. The antibody is validated by the manufacturer for Western blot (WB) and immunoprecipitation (IP) applications.
