Anti-KPNA1 Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated rabbit polyclonal IgG primary antibody, this reagent recognises the KPNA1 target. It was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–300 of human KPNA1 (NP_002255.3) and is affinity purified from the resulting antiserum.

The antibody is formulated as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Recommended applications include western blot and immunohistochemistry, with immunofluorescence also noted on the product listing. Reactivity has been characterised in human, mouse and rat samples. Manufacturer-recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for IHC, against a target reported at 60 kDa / 70 kDa molecular weight.

Shipped at 4°C, the antibody should be aliquoted for storage at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
