Description
Offered by Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody targets KOX17/ZNF24 and is supplied in unconjugated form. The reagent reacts with Human and Mouse samples and is validated for WB and IHC. Its immunogen is recombinant full length Human KOX17/ZNF24, and it detects endogenous levels of KOX17/ZNF24 protein.
The antibody is prepared at 1mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The corresponding target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 42kDa.
