Anti-KOX17 (K22) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against KOX17 (K22), supplied by Antibodies.com as part of their Primary Antibodies range. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and has been shown to react with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

It is generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to the N-terminus of human KOX17 and is reported to detect endogenous levels of the KOX17 protein, which has a stated molecular weight of approximately 42 kDa. The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2, and has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.
