Anti-KMT2E Antibody

A Rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody from Antibodies.com, provided as an unconjugated primary reagent specific for KMT2E (also known as MLL5). The antibody has been validated for Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence applications.

Reactivity has been confirmed against Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The product is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, containing 50% Glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, and has been affinity purified. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 100 kDa.

The immunogen used was a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-190 of human MLL5 (NP_891847.1). Recommended working dilutions are 1:500-1:1,000 for WB, 1:50-1:200 for IHC, and 1:50-1:200 for ICC/IF. The reagent is shipped at 4°C, and upon receipt should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C; repeated freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided.
