Anti-KLRK1 Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this polyclonal antibody is raised in rabbit and targets KLRK1, also referred to as NKG2D. The reagent is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and has been validated for reactivity against human and mouse samples.

The antibody is recommended for Western blot (WB) applications at dilutions of 1:500–1:2,000. It was generated against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 77–216 of human KLRK1 (NP_031386.2), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 30 kDa. The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been purified by affinity chromatography.

It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon arrival, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided. Concentration is reported as lot specific.
