Anti-KLRD1 Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets KLRD1 (also known as CD94), a type II transmembrane glycoprotein belonging to the C-type lectin-like family that is expressed primarily on natural killer (NS) cells and certain cytotoxic T-cell subsets. The reagent is offered in a 50 µl format at a working concentration of 1.0 mg/mL and is unconjugated, allowing flexible labelling in downstream assays. It is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with reported reactivity against human and mouse samples. The antibody was raised in rabbit against a recombinant human KLRD1 immunogen and subsequently purified by affinity chromatography using the same immunogen, yielding an IgG isotype preparation. It is formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and is shipped at 4 °C; for long-term use, researchers are advised to aliquot the product and store it at -20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
