KLK8 (Kallikrein-8), also called neuropsin or TADG-14, is a secreted trypsin-like serine protease that cleaves components of the extracellular matrix and has documented roles in synaptic plasticity in the hippocampus and in tumor invasion across several epithelial cancers. The rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com binds an epitope in human KLK8 and cross-reacts with the mouse and rat orthologues, supporting translational western blot studies in standard laboratory models.

Each vial is supplied as 100 µL of unconjugated IgG in liquid format, intended for direct dilution into Tris-buffered saline or phosphate-buffered saline blocking buffers. For best preservation of binding activity, store at -20 °C in working aliquots and limit repeated freeze-thaw cycles. The antibody enables detection of endogenous KLK8 in cell lysates and tissue homogenates by western blot, and the polyclonal population offers tolerance for minor epitope variation between species.
