Anti-KLK7 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against the KLK7 target. It is supplied unconjugated and validated for Western blot (WB) applications, with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse and rat samples.

The antibody was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human KLK7 as the immunogen, and it specifically detects endogenous levels of KLK7 protein. The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, achieving a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target KLK7 protein has a molecular weight of approximately 27 kDa.
