Anti-KLK6 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody targets KLK6 (Kallikrein 6). The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blotting and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, prepared by affinity purification. The molecular weight of the target is reported as 27 kDa.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 100 to the C-terminus of human KLK6 (NP_002765.1). For Western blotting, a working dilution of 1:500–1:2,000 is recommended.
