Description
A polyclonal antibody raised in rabbit is offered by Antibodies.com for the detection of KLK6. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in Human KLK6, and the polyclonal reagent detects endogenous levels of KLK6 protein. Affinity purification using epitope-specific immunogen yields a purity of > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The reported molecular weight of KLK6 is approximately 27 kDa.
The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
