Description
Provided by Antibodies.com, this polyclonal antibody preparation was raised in rabbit against KLK5. The unconjugated reagent is validated for WB and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. Provided at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, the antibody was purified by affinity chromatography against the immunogen.
The immunogen is a synthetic peptide of human KLK5, and the reagent is specific for endogenous total KLK5. The product ships at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C on receipt, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Four scientific validation images are supplied.
