Anti-KLK4 Antibody

The antibody is of the IgG isotype and is unconjugated. It is validated for Western blot and immunofluorescence, with recommended dilutions of WB at 1:500-1:2,000 and ICC/IF at 1:50-1:100. It is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, and is purified by affinity purification.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 30-254 of human KLK4 (NP_004908.4). The target has a reported molecular weight of 27 kDa. The product is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It is shipped at 4°C and, upon arrival, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
