Anti-KLK3 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against Prostate Specific Antigen (KLK3) and is supplied as an unconjugated liquid reagent. It is validated for western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and immunoprecipitation (IP), and has been shown to react with human and mouse samples.

The antibody is affinity purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB, 1:50–1:200 for IHC, 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF, and 1:1,000–1:5,000 for IP. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 30–261 of human KLK3 (NP_001639.1), and the target has a reported molecular weight of 34 kDa.
