Anti-KLK11 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody directed against KLK11, available from Antibodies.com as an unconjugated reagent. The antibody is raised in Rabbit and validated for Western blot (WB) applications, with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in Human KLK11.

Specificity has been demonstrated through detection of endogenous levels of KLK11 protein. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, and purity is reported as greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The corresponding molecular weight for KLK11 is approximately 32 kDa, and expression of the target is reported as tissue enhanced in esophagus, salivary gland, skin and vagina.

The product is supplied as a liquid at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol.
