Offered through Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against Kallikrein-10 (KLK10), a serine protease also referenced as NES1, PRSSL1 or normal epithelial cell-specific 1. The immunogen used for affinity purification is a recombinant protein corresponding to human KLK10, and the resulting Ig preparation is unconjugated and supplied at a working concentration of 1.0 mg/mL. Available in a 50 µL aliquot, the antibody is formulated in phosphate-buffered saline at pH 7.4 (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), containing 150 mM sodium chloride, 0.02% sodium azide as preservative, and 50% glycerol for stability at standard refrigeration temperatures (typically –20 °C for long-term storage). Validated applications on the supplier datasheet include Western Blotting (WB), Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC), and the antibody has been confirmed to recognise endogenous total KLK10 in human, mouse and rat samples, making it suitable for cross-species expression studies in epithelial and tumour biology research. The host species is Rabbit, the clonality is polyclonal, and the conjugate is unconjugated, allowing end users to pair the reagent with secondary labels of their own choice (HRP, Alexa Fluor, biotin, etc.). Each lot is purified by affinity chromatography using the immunogen and dispatched from St. Louis, MO, with a typical lead time of 6–9 business days. Intended for research use only, the product is not validated for diagnostic or therapeutic procedures.
