Anti-KLK10 Antibody

A polyclonal rabbit IgG antibody from Antibodies.com recognises Kallikrein 10 (KLK10). It is unconjugated, affinity purified, and reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The manufacturer validates the reagent for Western blot and recommends a working dilution of 1:500–1:2,000 for that application. The immunogen was a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 35–276 of human KLK10. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide; the target protein migrates at approximately 30 kDa. Vials are shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
