Anti-KLK1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com as part of their Primary Antibodies range, this unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody targets KLK1 (Kallikrein-1), also referred to as Tissue kallikrein or Kidney/pancreas/salivary gland kallikrein. The reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol, and has been validated for use in Western Blotting (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC) on human, mouse and rat samples.

Raised against recombinant full-length Human KLK1, the antibody detects endogenous levels of the KLK1 protein, which has a reported molecular weight of approximately 28 kDa. Purification was carried out by affinity-chromatography on the epitope-specific immunogen from rabbit antiserum, yielding a final purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
