Anti-KLHL9 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody raised against KLHL9, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated liquid reagent validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry in human, mouse and rat samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–100 of human KLHL9 (NP_061335.1), and the target migrates at approximately 75 kDa.

The antibody is affinity purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It is shipped at 4°C; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for IHC. Concentration is reported as lot specific.
