Anti-KLHL42 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting KLHL42 is offered by Antibodies.com. The reagent is of the IgG isotype and supplied unconjugated in liquid form, and has been validated for immunohistochemistry on human and mouse samples. It was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 206–505 of human KLHL42 (NP_065833.1) and purified by affinity chromatography. The formulation is phosphate-buffered saline at pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. For IHC, a recommended dilution range of 1:50–1:200 is provided. The antibody is shipped at 4 °C; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
