Anti-KLF9 Antibody

A polyclonal antibody raised in rabbit is directed against KLF9 and is supplied by Antibodies.com as a liquid preparation. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–150 of human KLF9 (NP_001197.1). The antibody is of the IgG isotype and is unconjugated.

Purified by affinity chromatography and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, the reagent has a molecular weight of 30 kDa. Listed applications include Western blotting (WB) and immunofluorescence (IF); the antibody is validated for WB at a recommended dilution range of 1:500–1:1,000, with two scientific validation images, and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

For handling, the product is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
