Anti-KLF5 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against KLF5, offered by Antibodies.com within its Primary Antibodies range. The reagent is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, raised in rabbit, and has been validated for reactivity with human and mouse samples.

Applications include Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), with recommended dilutions of 1:200–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for IHC. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–250 of human KLF5 (NP_001721.2), and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 55 kDa.

The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and is purified by affinity chromatography. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon receipt, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
