Anti-KLF4 Antibody

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 416–513 of human KLF4. The reagent is affinity-purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal; concentration is lot specific. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 62 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB, 1:50–1:200 for IHC and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
