Anti-KLF17 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to KLF17, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG validated for Western Blotting (WB) in human and mouse samples. The target, also known by the synonyms Krüppel-like factor 17, Zinc finger protein 393 and ZNF393, is a transcription factor. The antibody is affinity purified and presented as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 210–389 of human KLF17 (NP_775755.3), and the target protein runs at a molecular weight of 43 kDa. Recommended WB dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon arrival, aliquots should be stored at -20°C and freeze/thaw cycles avoided.

KLF17 is a predicted intracellular protein with tissue expression enriched in testis, mapped to chromosome 1 (44,118,821–44,135,140).
